Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 4, 2026
Version: 1.0.0
1. Who Operates This Website
rivahyll.com is operated by Rivahyll Group LLC ("Rivahyll"), a Wyoming limited liability company.
General website and business inquiries may be sent to contact@rivahyll.com.
Privacy questions and requests concerning personal information may be sent to privacy@rivahyll.com.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Rivahyll handles personal information in connection with the informational website at rivahyll.com.
The website presents Rivahyll and illustrates its current or future brand ecosystem. The website does not currently sell products or services, operate checkout, provide downloads or paid digital services, create visitor accounts, collect newsletter signups, provide web forms, run advertising, conduct behavioral profiling or operate localized campaigns.
Future brand, product or service pages may involve different activities and providers. Those pages will receive separate privacy review and disclosures when the relevant functions exist.
Two related documents describe adjacent topics: the Cookies and Storage page explains the browser-storage functions in more detail, and the Website Use Notice describes the informational purpose and general use of the website.
3. Technical Information Used to Deliver and Protect the Website
When a visitor requests a page, file or other website resource, technical information may be processed to route, deliver, secure and troubleshoot the request.
Depending on the request and technical operation, this information may include:
- an IP address;
- the date and time of a request;
- the requested hostname, page, path or file;
- request and response information;
- browser or user-agent information;
- referring information, if transmitted;
- routing, network or edge-region information;
- runtime and diagnostic information; and
- security-event information.
This information may be used for website delivery, reliability, troubleshooting, error analysis, security, abuse prevention and incident investigation.
4. Hosting and Infrastructure
The website is hosted and deployed through Vercel.
Rivahyll does not use advertising pixels, behavioral profiling tools, Vercel Web Analytics or Vercel Speed Insights on this website.
Vercel's hosting, runtime logging, observability and security functions may process technical request, runtime, diagnostic and security information on Rivahyll's behalf for website delivery, reliability, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
Vercel may also process certain service-generated or provider-side information for its own documented operational, security and service-management purposes. Vercel's role may therefore differ according to the data category and purpose.
5. Browser Storage and Website Preferences
The website uses two first-party browser-storage functions:
- an explicit theme preference, stored in browser local storage only when a visitor selects light or dark; selecting Use system setting removes the explicit stored value and causes the website to follow the browser or operating-system preference; and
- a short-lived navigation flag, stored in session storage, which supports internal navigation and back-button behavior and is removed according to the browser's normal session-storage lifecycle.
Rivahyll does not use either function for advertising, behavioral profiling or marketing analytics.
The Cookies and Storage page describes both functions, including their storage keys and available controls.
6. Cookies and Other Browser Technologies
The website application does not intentionally set browser-readable cookies for the current website functions described in this policy. It also does not use IndexedDB, Cache Storage or Service Worker registration for those functions.
Some technical cookies or similar storage, including items not accessible to JavaScript, may be set or managed by hosting or security infrastructure and may only be visible through browser or response-header inspection.
Browser-visible requests and provider-side infrastructure processing are different. Vercel may process technical request, runtime, diagnostic and security information even where a visitor's browser displays only the Rivahyll domain.
7. Contact by Email
The website uses email links rather than a web contact form.
When a person emails Rivahyll, Rivahyll may process:
- the sender's name and email address;
- message headers and metadata;
- the subject and content of the message;
- attachments; and
- later correspondence.
General correspondence may be used to respond to website or business inquiries, discuss possible business relationships, maintain appropriate records, protect legal rights and address misuse or security concerns.
Privacy correspondence may be used to receive, verify and answer privacy questions or requests and to maintain an appropriate record of the communication.
Security reports and legal notices may be retained and used as needed to investigate the matter, protect systems or legal rights and maintain relevant evidence.
8. Service Providers and Other Recipients
Personal information may be processed by or disclosed to:
- Vercel and relevant infrastructure providers for hosting, delivery, runtime logging, observability, diagnostics and security;
- providers used to route, receive or store Rivahyll email;
- professional advisors where necessary and legally permitted; and
- courts, regulators, authorities or other recipients where disclosure is required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
9. Processing Locations
Vercel and providers used for email or infrastructure may process information in the United States and in other locations where they operate or use service providers.
Their processing is subject to the applicable contractual and legal requirements for the relevant service and data category.
10. Retention
Rivahyll keeps personal information only for as long as it is needed for the relevant purpose or as required or permitted by applicable law.
Technical hosting, logging, security and diagnostic information is retained according to the relevant provider configuration and retention periods. Under Rivahyll's current Vercel configuration, relevant Runtime Logs and Observability Plus data may be available to Rivahyll for up to 30 days. Other provider-side, security, administrative and service-generated information may follow different retention periods.
Email correspondence is retained according to the purpose of the communication, the time needed to respond, any resulting business relationship, applicable recordkeeping needs and legal or security requirements. Communications connected with legal claims, security matters or formal notices may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant matter.
11. Privacy Requests and Applicable Rights
Depending on applicable law, a person may have rights relating to personal information that Rivahyll processes about them. These may include asking Rivahyll to provide information about the processing, correct inaccurate information or delete information where the law requires or permits deletion.
Some rights may not apply where Rivahyll does not process the relevant type of information or where an applicable legal exception applies.
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@rivahyll.com.
12. Children
The website is a general company and business information site and is not directed to children.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child has sent personal information to Rivahyll may contact privacy@rivahyll.com.
13. Security
Rivahyll and its providers use measures intended to protect information and the operation of the website.
No method of electronic transmission, hosting or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when the website, technical configuration, providers, processing activities or applicable requirements change.
The effective date and version will be updated when material changes are made.
